Cons: My phone is now 4.5 year old. At age 2, I bought a new non-Samsung battery and I hoped that I would get back the battery life I remember when the phone was new and I was disappointed, but the new battery was better than the ordering old battery after.2 years of charge cycles. This time I went with a real OEM Samsung battery and I had high hopes for a significant improvement. I was quite disappointed to find that the new battery doesn't work as well as my 2.5 year old battery. This new battery has trouble making it through 8 hours of just standby. I went through 2 weeks of charge cycles to see if there would be any change and no, this battery is a real loser. When I first got the phone, I could go 2 days before I had to charge it. My second battery started worse, but made it from early morning to late at night. It has now degraded so that if cannot make it through the full day. This new battery is dead midday if I use the phone at all. Perhaps it is time for a new phone.

Overall Review: If you have no other battery, then this works but don't expect the phone to work like it was new.

Cons: I know the battery probably years old, but i thought it would still be close to promised capacity, 2.8 amps. I discharged battery to 1%, connected a USB meter to measure charging capacity, stopped at 1.4 amps
