Trying to complete the High times quest and need 3 fixer. I have stumbled across these in the past but in all honesty i don;t use chems much so i don;t have problems with addiction so with the value of them i sold them for the caps. Now i need 3 and can;t find them anywhere. I did check the wiki and most of the places to find them i am not in the point in the game to travel there. The places i have been to i got the fixer and sold them

My question is..is there anywhere/vender that sells these failrly regularly. I would just like to go buy these somewhere but i can;t find them. Tried Novac, goodsprings, medical center, and the doc in the morman fort, but no one has any fixer for sale.
